NickelAlloy IN625 (DMLS), also known as Inconel 625, is a high-performance nickel-based alloy widely used in additive manufacturing processes, particularly in Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS). DMLS is a popular method of 3D printing, utilising lasers to selectively fuse powdered metal into complex geometries with excellent precision and mechanical properties.

IN625 is highly regarded for its exceptional resistance to corrosion, high-temperature environments, and mechanical strength, making it an ideal material choice for various applications in industries such as aerospace, oil and gas, chemical processing, and power generation. It belongs to the family of superalloys, which are known for their ability to maintain their mechanical integrity even under extreme conditions.
