What file formats can I use to upload my 3D files?

For online quote you need .stl file format. You can email us below file format if you don't have .stl file. File types: DAE, OBJ, STL, X3D, X3DB, X3DV, WRL Color printing: DAE, WRL, X3D, X3DB, X3DV For textures:GIF, JPG, PNG (You can upload zip file containing 3D model and texture for color printing) ZIP:Containing file types above

Will you fix my 3D model to be able to 3D print?

We can fix your 3D model for any geometry & 3D printing issues.

What options are provided before ordering 3D print?

You will be given the option to customise certain parameters before confirming your order: choice of the material monochrome or color print

I have a sketch of my concept model. Will you provide me 3D CAD model and 3D print of it?

Which 3D software to use for designing?

You can use any 3D software that can export to 3D printing supported file formats: STL, OBJ, VRML2, X3D and Collada. If you're just getting started, you may want to try free software like Sketchup, Tinkercad, Autodesk 123D or Blender.

Can you check my 3D design before 3D printing and tell me if it's printable?

Yes we check every design before 3D printing and if it has any issues we will inform you.

What materials are available for 3D printing?

You can select any material from our material library. Please visit our Materials page for complete info.

When I get 3D printed Part?

We deliver 3D printed parts to you in the 5-6 working days. If there are problems in STL file then we will contact you for further action.

Which 3D printers you use?

We have two SLS & SLA 3D Printers for biggeer and complex parts and we have different types of FDM 3D printer. We have some special 3D printers for different materials & multi-color 3D printing.
